As emotionally charged as ECW's One Night Stand Pay-Per-View was for both wrestlers and fans alike, one couldn't help but notice a dark cloud looming over the festivities in the form of RAW and SmackDown's! evil crusaders, all of whom found themselves tickets to the event. World Wrestling Entertainment's representatives had made it abundantly clear that they viewed ECW as inferior to themselves, even saying that any individual who takes pride in competing for the brand can never be considered a legitimate athlete. These harsh words came back to bite WWE's faction in the end, as a final brawl between the two sides saw ECW clear the ring of their adversaries and end their first show in over four years on the highest possible note! This infuriated the disgruntled Superstars from RAW, who carried their desire for redemption to Binghamton, NY for the very next night's live TV show and offered to autograph an ECW One Night Stand program backstage before the show got underway. Names like Edge, Eric Bischoff, Gene Snitsky, Jonathan Coachman, Maven, Robert Conway, Sylvain Grenier, Tyson Tomko and William Regal all put their signatures, along with a few choice words about ECW, onto the item in creating the latest Pay-Per-View collectible from WWE Auction.
