REFUND POLICY All sales are final. Any and all purchases made from AUCTION.WWE.COM are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. When bidding on an item, be aware that you are committing to the purchase of that item. PAYMENT METHODS World Wrestling Entertainment accepts secure credit card payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Checks, money orders, Pay Pal, wire transfers and any other payment methods are NOT accepted at this time. We only accept payments in US Funds. TAX INFORMATION FOR ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN THE USA Auctions are subject to applicable taxes when the shipping address is located in California, Connecticut or New York. GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC Each auction item from WWE will be numbered and will come with a certificate guaranteeing its authenticity. The auction merchandise provided on AUCTION.WWE.COM is collected by WWE personnel from our live events, television shows and personal appearances. WWE Superstars also provide items from photo shoots, television shows, live events, personal appearances, and their own personal property. Other items available include; books, DVDs/videos, replica masks, belts, posters, photographs, and other WWE products with & without signatures. Each certificate authenticates the WWE Superstar or WWE merchandise, as well as the autographed signature(s) (if applicable) as being authentic for those WWE Superstars. The photos on auction.wwe.com of the WWE Superstars are taken by WWE personnel. SHIPPING INFORMATION Upon credit approval, your auction order will ship out in 5-7 business days from the time the auction closes. We will send an e-mail confirming the shipment of your order along with the FedEx tracking number. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery from the time of shipment for delivery within the lower 48 states , 3-7 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada and 7+ business days Worldwide. Auctions closing on holidays or weekends will not be processed until the next business day. In the event that credit card approval is delayed, it may take up to five business days to process and ship your order. Service Days: Monday-Friday; No weekend delivery; No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. you must first register. Don't worry! Registration is free and easy! The Registration page will ask you to enter a Username, which is the username or nickname you will be known by within the AUCTION.WWE.COM community, as well as a password and valid contact information. What are the system requirements needed to use AUCTION.WWE.COM? |

I registered. Why did I not receive my confirmation e-mail? |

After you submitted your registration form, you were sent a confirmation e-mail. This process ensures that your e-mail address is valid. Though you should receive your registration confirmation message within minutes of submitting your registration, please allow at least 24 hours to receive it.

Can I register under more than one account? |
|
No. AUCTION.WWE.COM will not allow members to register under more than one account per participant. If at any time you
forget your Logon ID or password, or other account information, please don't create a new account in an attempt to
remedy the situation. Instead, click on the Forgot your Logon ID and Password? link when trying to logon.
You will be asked to enter the e-mail address you registered with so that AUCTION.WWE.COM can send you your current Logon ID and Password right away. If you do not receive your e-mail message, please contact Customer Service for further assistance. |
